Relearn Type:TRIGGER
Ensure all tyres are inflated to the pressure listed on the tyre placard.
Make sure the parking brake is applied. Turn the ignition to the ON position (engine off).
Use the MENU button on the indicator lever to select TYRE LEARN.
Press SET/CLR to begin the sensor matching process. A message requesting acceptance of the process should display.
Press SET/CLR again to confirm the selection.
The horn will sound twice to signal the vehicle is in learn mode.
Starting with the LF tyre, activate the sensor using a TPMS diagnostic tool. The horn will sound to confirm that the sensor has been detected.
Repeat this process for the RF, RR, LR tyres.
After the LR sensor has been activated, the horn will sound twice to confirm the relearn is complete. Turn the ignition to the OFF position.
*Note: you have two minutes to activate the first tyre/wheel position, and five minutes overall to activate all four tyre/wheel positions. If it takes longer, the vehicle cancels learn mode and the process must be restarted.
Relearn Type:OBDII
Ensure all tyres are inflated to the pressure listed on the tyre placard.
Scan and gather all sensor information using a TPMS diagnostic tool.
Follow the instructions on the diagnostic tool and connect the OBDII module to the port on the vehicle.
Confirm the reset of the ECU with the diagnostic tool.
To complete the relearn, scan all four sensors.
